All offices at Tannery Studios come unfurnished but we can assist in obtaining furniture and equipment if needed.

Yes. Tannery Studios offers an industrial aesthetic unit available for corporate events, workshops, training sessions, networking events, presentations and product launches as well as private events including birthdays, weddings and Christmas parties.
Yes – sustainability is a key part of Tannery Studios’ offering. The building has an EPC Energy Rating of A and is supplied with electricity from 100% renewable energy suppliers. It also benefits from a 134 kW rooftop solar array, underfloor heating and air-source heat pumps, all of which contribute to its energy-efficient infrastructure and help reduce reliance on fossil fuels.
